Our Services
- We provide educational content about financial markets.
- We DO NOT give investment advice, trading signals, or portfolio management.
- All content (courses, charts, examples) is for learning only – never as trading recommendations.
Your Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your login details secure.
- Notify us immediately if someone uses your account without permission.
You must NOT:
- Share your account with others.
- Copy, sell, or misuse our course materials.
- Use our content for commercial training without permission.
Refund Policy
Online Courses
Request Window:
- Between Day 8-15 after purchase
- Example: Buy on Jan 1 → Can request Jan 9-16
Activation Guarantee:
- Courses activated within 24-48 hours (max 7 days)
Full Refund Granted If:
- You request refund at email contact@chartmonks.com
- Request is made within the Day 8-15 window
- Course is not activated within 7 days
No Refunds If:
- Request is before Day 8 or after Day 15
- Course is already activated
Processing:
- Refunds will be credited within 7 business days
- Returned via original payment method
Classroom Courses
- No refunds after the batch starts.
- 50% refund if you cancel at least 48 hours before the batch starts.

Copyright & Ownership
All course content (videos, PDFs, charts, methodologies) is the exclusive property of Bright Bound Private Limited and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
Strictly Prohibited:
- Copying, modifying, or redistributing our materials
- Selling/sharing logins or downloaded content
- Using our materials for commercial training without written authorization
Legal Enforcement:
Any violation will result in:
- Immediate account termination;
- Civil and criminal legal action under Sections 63 (copyright infringement) and 65 (tampering with digital rights) of the Copyright Act; AND
- Monetary damages claim of 50 times the course fee (calculated at current pricing when violation is discovered) to be pursued through competent courts in New Delhi.
Example: For unauthorized distribution of a course priced at ₹10,000, Bright Bound Private Limited will:
- File a civil suit claiming ₹500,000 in damages; AND
- Initiate criminal proceedings under Section 63 which prescribes imprisonment up to 3 years.
Injunctive Relief: We reserve the right to seek court orders to:
- Immediately stop further distribution; AND
- Confiscate infringing materials.
Disclaimers (Important!)
We do NOT guarantee:
- That our content will make you profitable in trading.
- That market data/charts are 100% accurate (we use third-party sources).
- That the website will always work without errors.
You agree that:
- Trading involves risk – you could lose money.
- We are NOT responsible for your trading results.
Account Suspension
We may block or delete your account if you:
- Break these Terms.
- Share fake information.
- Misuse our content.
Privacy & Data
- We collect only necessary details (name, email, payment info).
- We never sell your data to third parties.
- You can request data deletion by emailing contact@chartmonks.com.
Legal Rules
- Any legal issues will be handled in New Delhi courts.
